Your role

You will be responsible for performing general accounting activities to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of accounting records, and the compliance with accepted accounting standards, AIA group reporting policy, and statutory and regulatory requirements

• Perform general accounting activities including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements
• Prepare, record, analyse, and report accounting transactions
• Provide forecast, budgeting, and analysing variations from budget to relevant functions
• Analyse and prepare statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports
• Conduct or assist in the documentation of accounting projects
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the assistant manager  to meet business requirements

Training & development

AIA also provides comprehensive training to succeed in your roles. In the beginning, interns will get an onboarding section to learn company values and culture.
