Perform data input, documentation checking and quality control check of insurance applications.
Ensure completion of processing tasks in accordance with the established SOP, agreed productivity and quality target.
Demonstration of team-work through processing requirement and ensure the completion of all the assigned administrative tasks and ad-hoc tasks within stipulated timeline.
Ensure the daily productivity record is updated accurately by using the company’s approved productivity tracking tool (AOM).
Proactively review and demonstrate process improvement idea to improve customer satisfaction, increase efficiency as well as work quality.
Ensure completion of the mandatory training courses as well as self-development courses within stipulated timeline.
Learn and accurately underwrite A&H, GIO/SIO products and/or non-med standard (jet underwriting) by assessing the risks according to the company guidelines and regulations.
Active participation in the staff engagement activities organized by the company / department / team.
Demonstrate effective communication among the team across all GCB level.
Preferred Qualifications:
