Business Continuity & Resilience Analyst null

Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate periodic review and updates 
• Department and Corporate Business Continuity Documentation.
• IT & Cloud Disaster Recovery Documentation and Cloud Disaster Recovery (“DR”) documentations.
• Follow-up with respective owners to ensure action item is completed.
• Perform annual Business Impact Analysis assessment exercise for all new and existing applications and business functions.
• Follow-up with respective owners to ensure action item is completed.
• Maintenance list of application inventory for Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
• Consolidate a list of critical applications for the Technology Recovery Management team following each BIA exercise, and work with the latter to ensure technology recovery capabilities are aligned with the business.
• Follow-up with respective owners to ensure action item is completed.
• Prepare, facilitate and conduct training
• BCM Training to dept BCP officers
• IT & Cloud DR training for staff
• Review third party Business Continuity Capabilities and ensure alignment.
• Facilitate all logistical arrangements and performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields
• Certifications related to business continuity or disaster recovery (e.g. DRI, BCI) are beneficial but not a must
• Strong willingness to learn new things with a positive and proactive attitude
