Your role

As a Talent Acquisitions Intern, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • To monitor the new hires' background check progress and ensure compliance.
  • To assist in the coordination and execution of campus recruiting and branding initiatives.
  • To support the new hires' pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, and improve the onboarding process for a better candidate experience.
  • To assist in developing talent attraction materials and tracking campaign performance.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks such as resume screening and interview arrangement if needed.
