Your role

As a Digital Commerce Intern at AirAsia Malaysia, you will be doing the work below:

  • Assist to improvise ways to maintain the competitive edge by exploring new ground-breaking features.
  • Assist to develop, implement, and maintain all of the procedures, processes, and reports in regard to Digital Solutions for the purpose of maintaining reliable, effective, and efficient solutions.
  • Assist to plan, develop, execute business strategies to deliver targeted revenue and other KPls, including risk management and compliance.
  • Assist to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting on business strategic plans, project status, and performance against established KPls.
  • Assist to collaborate with key stakeholders from other functions to ensure the timely achievement of the Digital Solutions objectives and share periodic reports on the progress.
  • Assist to interface with Customers to understand their needs and deliver continuous value, and a high level of customer service.
  • Assist to develop continuous strategic partnerships with Suppliers and end users to drive innovation, including deployment of digital systems and technologies for Digital Solutions.
  • Assist to partner with the Finance Team to ensure that all transactions are being accounted for.
  • Deliver the needs of any other tasks as instructed and relevant to the role and the Digital & Innovation Services Team.

This internship is a paid internship where you will get a stipend during the program. You may expect to earn MYR 1,000 each month or MYR 12,000 annually. (source:glassdoor.com)
