NMC (Operations) Intern null

Your Role

As an Operations at AirAsia Malaysia, you will ensure the timely delivery of daily meeting items and post-meeting notes for AIMS updates. You will assist in creating crew pairings, sending APIS data to airports, and support tasks assigned by the Head - Network Management Center. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with experience in crew scheduling or aviation being a plus.

Key Responsibility:

• Ensure the delivery of the daily meeting items in a timely manner.
• Ensure the delivery of the post-meeting notes for AIMS update.
• Assist Manager - Crew establishment in creation of pairing.
• Assist Manager - Crewing for sending APIS to Airports.
• Fulfilling tasks set out by the  Head - Network Management Center.

About You

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Basic understanding of G Suite.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• Good time management and organizational skills with attention to details.
• Good customer service skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
• Having good passion to learn and will be running through all aviation areas in NMC in stages.
