Your role

As a Refund Officer at AirAsia Malaysia, you will have the following duties & responsibilities:

  • Performs timely and accurate recording of refund transactions.
  • Interacts daily with other functions within the Department and numerous finance departments to complete recording and reconciliation.
  • Regularly monitor refund items on the bank statements and clear them on a timely basis.
  • Performs timely reconciliation of the refund transactions and reports to be provided to country finance and auditors.
  • Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
  • Performs ad hoc tasks assigned by the assistant manager and manager.

About you
