Your role

Job Summary

Support marketing initiatives and campaigns, including planning, creating, developing, and executing on-ground and virtual events activations. Ensure adherence to brand identity and guidelines for campaign materials, collaterals, and Allianz branded merchandise.

The job and responsibilities narrated below cover both Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad and Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad:

  • Support the development and rollout of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and on-ground, and virtual events.
  • Assist in reviewing and proofreading marketing materials produced by the agencies to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the communication content meet the campaign objectives, value proposition & brand identity.
  • Assist in the development and editing of collateral, such as below-the-line marketing materials.
  • Assist in tracking the performance of ongoing campaigns/events. 
  • Assist in conducting post-campaign/events reviews to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns/ events to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Assist in performing competitor analysis, and identify the latest movement, market demand, and current trends to develop effective marketing plans. 
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

About you

The requirements for this internship:

  • Currently pursuing A-Levels, a Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a keen interest in Marketing.
  • Able to commit for a minimum of three (3) months.
  • Being fluent in English and proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Proficiency in Adobe or any editing software is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with today’s trends, consumer behavior, social media platforms, and tools.
