Job summary

Generally, assisting in providing proactive and reactive legal services on issues involving AMB and its subsidiaries (collectively the “Companies”). 

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the Companies’ corporate matters, reviewing contracts by counter-proposing appropriate amendments as well as highlighting key terms to the stakeholders, drafting correspondences and legal documents to ensure that the Companies’ interests are protected and exposure to risks reduced/eliminated.
  • To perform administrative tasks, filing of digital and non-digital legal documents.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Superior and Head of Department.

Key requirements

  • Pursuing or possessing a Diploma / Degree in a related field of studies
  • Completed Legal Degree / attending Certificate of Legal Practice and some knowledge of the Financial Services Act, 2013, Personal Data Protection Act, 2010, and Contracts Act, 1950 will be an advantage.
  • Prefer intern can start in September / October 2024
