Responsible for handling branch operation task
Key responsibilities
- Signature verification, scrutiny, and create service in the system
- Perform endorsement/changes to the policy contract
- Documents acknowledgment, sorting, updating of incoming mail & dispatching outgoing mail
Key requirements
- Time management and discipline
- Proficient with computer skills, inclusive of Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good communication – written and oral skills
- Self-motivating, effective interpersonal skills
- Prefer intern can start in September / October 2024 for 3 months internship
