Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care.
Key responsibilities
To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mail.
To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial requests from customers.
To assist in processing non-financial endorsements.
To assist in scanned documents and disposal exercise
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
Key requirements/Skills/Experience
Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce, or any other relevant field of studies
The applicant must be willing to work in the ALIM Klang Branch.
Minimum 3 months’ internship period.
Preferably, it will commence in September / October 2024 and continue onwards.
