- Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care.
Key responsibilities
- To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mail.
- To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial requests from customers.
- To assist in processing non-financial endorsements.
- To assist in scanned documents and disposal exercise
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
Key requirements/Skills/Experience
- Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce, or any other relevant field of studies
- The applicant must be willing to work in the ALIM Klang Branch.
- Minimum 3 months’ internship period.
- Preferably, it will commence in September / October 2024 and continue onwards.
- A fast learner, proactive, and able to multitask.
