We are looking for an undergraduate who is required to undergo an internship to assist with Policy Management functions and to perform administrative works, and financial & non-financial change requests as and when required.
Key responsibilities
- To perform assessment for financial and update for non-financial changes/amend policyholder’s request
- To perform a refund for Policy Benefits/ Policy Servicing
- To update documents received by creating a service in the system
- To perform administration work to deliver letters to agents and policyholders
- To perform quality work - meet company target and service standard
Key requirements/Skills/Experience
- Pursuing or possessing a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
- The internship period is at least 3 - 4 months and above
- Prefer intern can start in September / October
