Key responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure all documents submitted by agents and customers are in order
- For processing. Monitor and call the insured for renewal.
- Perform scrutiny duties for submission to Hub for issuing of policies.
Key requirements
- Prefer to hold or is studying a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Experience with Excel is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Prefer intern can start in September/October 2024
