Our summer vacation programme is a 12-week paid placement over the summer university break. You will work with our designers, engineering consultants, sustainability advisors and specialists across the built environment as you build your professional presence and develop influence to deliver work that matters.  

Our programme aims to equip you with valuable skills that will set you apart as you launch your career.  It’s an opportunity for you to take a test drive before you graduate and see what your future could look like. On completion, you will be automatically considered for a graduate role, putting you ahead of the graduate pack.

Eligibility criteria 

  • Applications are targeted to students in their penultimate year of study, but we welcome applications from all students currently studying a relevant degree. 
  • Candidates are required to have full working rights in the country they are applying for.  
  • Candidates must be available to work full time hours between 20th of November 2023 – 16th February 2024.
