In this position, you will join our buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life for our clients across all types of buildings projects.

Work closely with internal clients and external vendors/ suppliers/ auditors to deliver weekly and monthly reports, and lead closing activities for 3 entities; including the preparation of annual and tax returns, and coordination of yearly annual audits.
Perform entries for AR receipts, AP invoices, and GL month-end journals, prepare bank reconciliations and reconciliation of accounts with the general ledger.
Process vendor/ supplier/ staff payments, ensuring that proper supporting documents are approvals are obtained.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information, such as Labour Bridge variances, IFRS impact, etc.
Perform audits and sanity checks on financial data to assure its accuracy, and ensure that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
