The Axiata Development and Professional Training Programme (ADAPT) aims to set you up for success in your future career trajectory. Through a 12-month placement in one of Axiata’s companies, you will benefit from in-person and virtual training programs that will help you develop essential skills and digital knowledge, giving you an edge in the job market.

Training & development 

According to the company's official statement, Axiata Group Berhad empowers employees to take charge of their own professional development and continuous learning by providing access to Lynda.com, an online learning platform offering thousands of courses for customized learning. And, specifically designed for this ADAPT, the company will provide in-person and virtual training programs that will help you develop essential skills and digital knowledge. (source:axiata.com)

Compensation & benefits

Based on the company's advertisement n the previous program, the participants of ADAPT for Protégé in Kuala Lumpur will earn a basic salary of MYR 2,000 per month or MYR 24,000 annually. (source:jobstreet.com)

About you

To join this program, you need to meet the requirements below:

• Malaysian Citizen
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum requirement of 3.0 CGPA.
• Graduated from Local, International, and Foreign Institutions of Higher Learning as recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
• Priority to fresh graduates who have not joined SL1M / PROTEGE Program before.
• No work experience required
• Basic salary at RM 2,000
• 1-year contract position
