Your role

University Leadership Development Programme (ULDP) is a 2-week leadership development program for young Malaysian undergraduates studying locally or abroad that provides its participants the opportunity to learn critical skills and knowledge required of a future CEO.

In this 2-week program, you will gain:

Compensation & benefits

Participants of ULDP at Axiata Group Berhad will not be given any allowances throughout the duration of the program. And, there will not be any fees borne by the participants. All expenses incurred during the program will be borne by Axiata. However, this excludes transportation to and from the place of study or residence to Axiata Tower in Kuala Lumpur.

This program is likely to be conducted within regular hours, from Monday to Friday, at the head office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

• Malaysian Citizens
• Undergraduates in the age group of 19 to 25
• Studying locally or abroad in all fields of study
