- Communicate with customers by telephone, email, and live chat;
- Attend and resolve customer's queries, which may be complex or long-standing problems involving third parties in the process;
- Liaise with all stakeholders to resolve issues raised by customers and able to handle multiple projects at one time;
- Assist other ad-hoc duties assigned by the team leader
What you will need:
- Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Proficient in English and Bahasa
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good time management
Salary:
- 800 MYR to 1200 MYR/ monthly
