Responsibilities

• Revenue and cost integrity
• Supporting service manager with agenda and work orders creation in Service max
• Executing steps required for service contract arrangement following corporate processes (requests for new customers creation, invoice payment, new vendors screening, service contract review etc.)
• Creating, planning, and maintaining jobs/projects in SAP
• Responsible for raising, tracking and follow-through customer invoice problems/issues
• Working on mandatory finance requirements for invoicing
• Responsible for revenue recognition and ensuring dates are updated in SAP
• Responsible for creation of monthly reports for reviews
• Running reports and audits for compliance and to ensure financials are correct for the assigned region
• Working with services managers with accurate forecasting reports and pacing
• Keeping track of backlog, orders and other financials of the projects created
• Maintaining Field Engineer time drop and make sure to follow up on the accuracy of the time drop and train as needed
• Running Time Drop reports for others and track errors in Time Entry
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships across Finance and other teams to ensure revenue and cost accuracy
• Reviewing SOX report and own actions needed to correct errors
• Creating needed POs and WFs for operations
• Training and ad hoc requests as needed
