Your role

As an ARMO - Electro Mech, you'll be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling and performing visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Assisting in reworking and repairing drilling equipment.
• Performing complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
• Being able to identify and communicate technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques.
• Coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.
• Being compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.

Training & development

The new employee at Baker Hughes will be supported by a professional mentor to do the responsibilities as the role. In this position, you will be trained troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.

About you

• Have Electronic or Mechanical background and experience in maintenance process. (Fresh grads are welcomed)
• Demonstrate a good technical and mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
• Have good IT and technical skills with ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Demonstrate good written and oral communication in English.
• Be a team player with ability to work independently and demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills.
