Baker Tilly Malaysia is inviting undergraduates to join their paid Internship program.
Trainee will support Talent, Interaction & Memories team on HR functions and additional projects, not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Industrial Relations.
Job responsibilities
- To assist recruitment activities, including sourcing, calling candidates, and interview arrangements (entry-level/ internship).
- To manage Human Resource Information System (HRIS) (i.e. door access and e-leave system).
- To assist logistics and coordination arrangements for employee engagement initiatives.
- To help with HR activities (i.e. career fair, event, and orientation).
- To assist in employee on-boarding and off-boarding process (i.e. generation of access card).
- To undertake administrative duties (i.e. uniform management, access card arrangement).
- To assist in benefits administration (i.e. Staff Claims).
- To research on candidate's new assessment topic/ content.
- To assist with ad-hoc HR administrative tasks.
