Temporary Officer, eBanker Client Service - Deposit & Cash Management null

Summary

Support and assist Cash Management corporate customers within the job responsibilities and deliverables in line with the Bank’s goal and strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To work in a contact centre environment and handle multiple corporate customer calls.
2. To follow work schedule set to ensure sufficient support to corporate customers.
3. To provide quality service by resolving customer queries at the first contact point.
4. To take ownership to follow up to close pending cases.
5. To maintain operational risk control and compliance at all times.

Requirements

• Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience
• Fresh graduate / 1-year experience in the banking industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal with a good relationship with internal & external customer
• Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and has good knowledge of recovery process
• Willing to lend a helping hand whenever possible. Always passes knowledge to others especially related to job knowledge
