BASF Shared Services Centre Kuala Lumpur was established in 2005. Located in Kuala Lumpur, the shared services centre has nearly 700 employees and provides functional services in the areas of Finance, Controlling, Information Services, Human Resources, Environment, Health & Safety, Procurement and Import-Export Operations Services to BASF companies and affiliates in 17 markets across the Asia Pacific region.

Main tasks

• Process network related requests, able to understand the requestor's demand and assign to respective service architects
• Support team activities in administering, preparing meetings, status monitoring, reporting and related tasks
• Work on simple network related request and perform basic troubleshooting if required
• Review the existing processes within the team and identify opportunities for improvement 

Requirements 

• Able to commit and start from February 2022 onwards for a minimum 3 months internship
• Pursuing a Degree in Information systems, Computer Sciences or any related disciplines
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Knowledge in basic networking, IT infrastructure 
• Knowledge in Power Platform is an added advantage 
• A good team player with high level of maturity and independence
