Assist the Talent team in executing various recruitment initiatives as outlined in the recruitment strategies to attract good external talents to meet the Firm’s current and future needs
Assist to update the Firm’s profile on various job portals
Assist in creating attractive content/material as part of recruitment branding and initiatives
Assist in any administrative tasks that may arise from recruitment initiatives
Assist to create, design and maintain attractive content for our social media platforms to engage potential recruits and staff, eventually leading to increased followers on our social media platforms
Able to create aesthetically pleasant graphics & content via a designing tool (i.e. Canva) and to create a basic video storyline, work on editing and production of video for social media platforms
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Management/Business Administration/Commerce or Mass Communication, or any related courses
Proficient in spoken and written English
A people person, who can work independently as well as in a group
Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas
An eye for details and is always meticulous with a good working attitude
Creative, highly motivated, and willing to learn
Well versed and active across the social media platforms as a student
Able to create basic social media posts using computer software/apps (such as Canva) and basic video editing skill
Active participation in college/university club activities
Have held leadership roles in clubs and societies
Successfully planned and managed at least a university event
Participated in business or case study competitions is an advantage
