About the Role

We seek a well-rounded and dynamic individual to join our HR Reward team as a Lead HR People System. Reporting to the Manager Reward Operations. You are responsible to lead, develop and manage the performance of the People System team to ensure timely and accurate execution of system support and administration activities in the area of Reward, Talent, Performance and Reporting, in accordance with the Operational Plan, Group Level Documents, Standard Operating Procedures and regional requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage staff performance including poor performance, conflict management, scheduling of needs and staff training needs
  • Ensure alignment with and compliance to internal controls including the Operational Plan, Group Level Documents, agreements, systems, standards and procedures
  • Monitor internal controls and legislative compliance
  • Monitor changes to internal and external legal, regulatory and reporting requirements impacting the team in their allocated area of accountability
  • Produce and analyse relevant reports on operational and management Key Performance Indicators where required
  • Promote a step up culture, promote a culture of innovation, learning and development and continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement improvement initiatives and ensure coherence of process between team and Data management teams within HR and Reward functions.
  • Participant in any project implementation as required
  • Ensure local operating procedures documentation is maintained
  • Ensure tier-1 and tier-2 system queries and cases are managed within service level agreements and performance targets
  • Monitor incident status and escalate with Technology Support team as required 
  • Works with Functional Integrity team on system landscape or system setup issues.
  • Contribute and support the development of their respective Global Asset Services strategy
  • Identify risks and provide input into planning and actioning risk assessment
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external controls

About You

  • Degree or any relevant qualification in Human Resource
  • Success Factor Expert certification would be advantageous.
  • Experience in Success Factors Reward, Talent and Succession, Performance and Reporting module.
  • Working knowledge of relevant policies and legislation
  • Being flexible and adaptable, and finding new ways of solving challenges.
  • Learning agility able to grasp new concepts quickly and be able to apply them immediately
  • Experience in SAP preferred
  • Proficiency in use of the Microsoft Office  suite, in particular, Microsoft Excel and Project
  • Project management skills are an advantage
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
