Creation and interpretation of business segment analyses for parts as well as analysis of current customer consumption behavior to derive potential development measures.
Overall planning and budgeting of Aftersales parts, accessories and lifestyle business. Periodic budgeting and forecasting according to requirements.
Develop strategies for marketing of parts, lifestyle, accessories and services in co-ordination with marketing department and define concepts for the realization of the strategy in the market place.
Monitor Aftersales business development activities (parts, accessories & lifestyle, 4th level business, services) and compile comprehensive planning and reporting for management.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English with Project Management skills.
Good numerical skills and analytical. High attention to detail.
Digital savvy. Excellent in MS office tools.
Independent, resourceful and goal-oriented.
Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Business or any relevant discipline.
