Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for credit assessment and contract settlement on all retail finance applications for BMW dealers and Corporate accounts introducers including equipment vendors. Provide premium service levels, a strong focus on maintaining and improving credit and compliance quality, develop stakeholder relationships, deliver continuous improvement and focus on staff development and engagement.

Business Responsibilities

• Responsible for the achievement of New Business targets and customer and dealer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the application of mandatory process management tools and methods.
• Responsible to consult partners of the organization in all aspects of products and credit decision making and to offer alternative solutions.
• Responsible to ensure the highest level of data quality and accuracy.
• Responsible for aligning the operational processes with New Business guideline, Risk guideline and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Good knowledge and exposure in credit underwriting of consumer and /or corporate banking.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Strong understanding of loan risk factors and knowledge of credit processes.
• Possesses comprehensive financial analysis and good writing skills.
• Able to consolidate, analyze and summarize data independently and make sound recommendations for loan approvals.
• Thinks innovatively and agile when faced with challenges.
• Able to work with high levels of confidentiality.
• Open to new ideas and willingness to learn.
