Your role

Graduate internship is an 8-month program where trainees will be placed in two departments, the Marketing Department and the Sales Department. You will learn and gain experience in either one of the departments

Training & Development

During the program, you will learn and gain experience in either one of these departments:

• Picking up hard skills; technical skills you need to carry out your duties as an intern.
• Brushing up on your soft skills which are as important as hard skills. Soft skills are all about your ability to relate to people and build mutually beneficial relationships.
• Job Shadow; This practice involves ‘shadowing’ someone as they perform their daily duties, observing their activities, and learning what the role entails via indirect experience.
• Networking involves building relationships with the management team, colleagues, and customers.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, and Engineering
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English, written and verbal.
