BNP Paribas' comprehensive two-year APAC Graduate Programme is designed to give final-year bachelor’s or master’s degree students and recent graduates the support and development needed to launch a successful career in the banking and finance industry. You can join this program in one of BNP Paribas' business areas or support functions and assume real responsibility from day one.
The participants of the program will join various training (Classroom, virtual, and on-demand eLearning). The employer will also provide on-the-job training supervised by the manager to build expertise. In addition, to support your growth and progression within the bank, there will be regular touchpoints for you to review and discuss your development needs and career direction.
The programme starts with two weeks of training where you will participate in combined group induction programmes where you will learn more about BNP Paribas and pick up both cross-functional, regional, and technical skills through engaging learning sessions. This training aims to orientate you to company culture and equip you with key skills to succeed in roles.
As a permanent hire, upon completion of the two-year programme, you will be ready to take on the challenge to the phase of your career with the bank.
