Your role

During the internship period, you will be exposed to additional tasks to be carried out seamlessly to meet the overall project timeline, communication & leadership involvement

Job description

• Developing templates for Internal Communication
• Video editing and recording for Internal publication
• Providing support for events by preparing materials
• Providing support for events by liaising with respective departments
• Liaising and following up with vendors
• Simple write-ups for notice or announcement
• Designing of Internal promotional materials
• Maintaining Internal website
• Review and Ensuring Branding compliance across the plant
• Other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor

About you

Requirements for this internship:

• Fresh graduate or at least a minimum 1 year to 2 years beginner working experience in communication
• Degree in Business Management / International Business / Communication / Marketing (major in communication, improvements, management, or others related).
• Ability to engage & communicate well with all levels of people
• Simple presentation skills
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Competent in MS Windows like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Internship Start in Aug 22 or Sept 22 for 6 months
