Your role
In this position, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Task:
Apply data mining (Statistical learning) techniques.
Extract important data insight from the market survey report.
Enhance & reshape large database into a presentable format.
Evaluate statistical analysis from compensation & benefits survey.
Support HR Generalist topics and General Department Administrative Tasks.
Support C/HRR on overall Country HR topics including but not limited to Learning & Development and Resourcing.
Project:
Assist in market data analysis for ongoing Compensation and Benefits projects.
Support HR Department engagement activities.
Assist with HR Department process improvement projects.

About you
To join this internship program at Bosch Malaysia, you need to meet the requirements below:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Statistics/Data/Management courses.
Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
Required language(s): Fluent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Required skill(s): Advanced Microsoft Excel and intermediate Statistics skills & presentation skills, Power BI, and Digital Tools Knowledge which be a strong advantage.
