Job description

Tasks:

• Support daily operations of the department by managing associate personal information update and confirmation for associate who finished their probation period.
• Responsible for employee number creation and profile completion (automatically and manually)
• Manage time data-related requests, including the management of clock-in and clock-out for associates experiencing badge scanner issues.

Projects:

• Work instructions clean up
• Ad hoc clean-up projects

About you

Qualifications

• Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Management, or Business Administration.
• Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
• Required language(s): Fluent command of English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills
• Joining date: September 2024
