Job description

Tasks:

• To assist with HR Helpdesk daily operations. 
• Assist in employee queries pertaining to Payroll, overtime, Leaves, and so on. 
• Support in testing of automation planned for HR IT Services.
• Assist with testing of upcoming Change requests from stakeholders.

Projects:

• HR Services process revision/update includes identifying opportunities to improve HR Operation Services and processes.
• Document work instruction involves updating documentation or work instructions when the department receives the latest procedure for a request.

About you

Requirements for this internship:

• The candidate is pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources/Business Admin/Business management.
• Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
• Required language(s): Fluent command of English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills, Good communication skills & Customer Service
• Joining date: August 2024
