Your role

In this role, you will do the work below:

  • Tasks:
    • Key-in Inbound shipping data into the Inbound Tracking System.
    • Issue Collection Advice to Collect sample items from Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM)
    • File Customs Consolidate Statement documents
    • Provide Consolidate Statement and Invoice copy to Business Unit (GB) upon request.
  • Projects:
    • Update Harmonized System Code of new Stock-Keeping Unit into Tariff code file
    • Communicate with Malaysia Royal Customs Department for duty 
    • Drawback claim

About you

To apply for this role, you need to meet the requirements below:

  • Candidate who is pursuing a Bachelor's in Logistics.
  • Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
  • Required language(s): Fluent command of English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skill(s): Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Joining date: August/September 2024
