Your role

As an intern, your tasks and projects include:

Tasks :

  • Support the Marketing Communication Manager with communication initiatives and the customer excellence program.
  • Assist in organization and management of internal meetings/workshops including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, email marketing, social media, and display campaigns.
  • Track and tweak campaigns’ performances.
  • Analyse and report on all campaign performance against KPIs and ROIs.
  • Perform market research and insights.
  • Brainstorm with the regional team to identify new and creative growth strategies.
  • Stay on top of emerging trends in digital marketing and new tools.
  • Maintenance of databases.
  • Content management for online channels.
  • Track effectiveness/outcomes of campaigns.
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Projects :

  • Newsletters - two times a year in coordination with stories contributors - content creation.
  • Brochures/flyers / promotional campaigns - design and artwork.
  • Weekly news digest to management and sales team.
  • Social media campaigns i.e. World Earth Day, Labour Day; Festive seasons; localizing global assets.

About you

Requirements for this internship:

  • Candidate that is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing related disciplines.
  • Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
  • Required language(s): Fluent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skill(s): Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to write for a range of different channels, Intermediate Microsoft Skills, Analytical skills, Aptitude in using online platforms & Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus in creating newsletter and videos.
