Job Description

What, You'll Do:

As a Junior HR Analyst, you’ll support evidence-based decision-making. You’ll provide analytical input to support the GAMMA people management process. You will use data, research, and analytical insights whilst working with the internal team to help us manage and improve processes, build data sets and solve people-related challenges, to provide thought leadership on the complete cycle of talent analytics.

You're Good At:

• Provide analytical support in (people) metrics & reporting
• Develop analytical tools to further analyze or automate HR and cross-functional data/processes as needed
• Communicate findings to teams through presentations, as well as support standard management reporting on a periodic/quarterly/annual basis
• Create, maintain, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets & reports
• Partner closely with internal teams to build the required system functionality to collect, analyze and present data

Experience & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate/advanced degree, preferably in an analytics or engineering field, with high academic achievement required
• Preferably up to 1 year’s applicable analysis and/or reporting experience in a professional environment
• Hands-on expertise in Excel
• Experience/knowledge of basic automation using Microsoft Excel and VBA
• Familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau is a plus
• Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends
