About the team

The Candidate Service team is primarily responsible for providing professional and efficient recruiting coordination services for the full-cycle interview process. This team is part of the Talent Center (a CoE) which has a wide remit including policy & process, early careers, and TA enablement. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support multiple international stakeholders to support the continued rapid growth.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Key responsibilities

• Own the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and the hiring teams.
• Cooperate with the recruitment team in candidate activation, interview process optimization, and data analysis.
• Build up and maintain a good relationship with the hiring teams, understand their hiring needs thoroughly, and support various recruitment projects.
• Promote ByteDance/TikTok branding and ensure the best candidate experience when engaging with talents.

About you

• Minimum Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Be able to work for more than 3 months, 4 days per week.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and culturally diverse environment.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a high level of curiosity and outstanding learning ability.
  • Can work under pressure and be a good team player.
• Preferred Qualification
  • Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
  • Good organizational skills with demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
