Key Administrative Internship null

Your role

In this role, you will be joining Carsome for an internship ranging from 3-6 months where you will learn what it takes to be a CARSOMER! The company will give you opportunities to grow and learn new skills departments depending on your interest level. If you have had prior experience working on projects, even better!

Your day-to-day:

• Ensure car keys are labeled, kept safe, and arranged for easy access.
• Record and monitor the location and movement of car keys and vehicles when receiving and sending car keys.
• Tallying car keys against the physical car
• Coordinate administrative tasks with other stakeholders
• Maintain a schedule of appointments and logistics
• Safeguard all documents and spare keys in a secure location.
• Oversee the smooth transition of vehicle movements
• Prepare reports summary to measure the car key movement utilization

About you

Qualifications you need to meet for this role:

• Preferred for those major studies in any field of diploma or degree related to business, operation, supply chain, finance, etc.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
• Meticulous and high accuracy in work assignments
• Computer literacy, particularly having good knowledge and carrying out the work in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening & communication skills
