Your role

In this role, you will assist the CARSOME Academy Marketing Team in marketing efforts. The candidate is responsible for completing clerical and administrative duties, assisting with building a social media calendar, marketing campaigns, and preparation of marketing materials.

Your day-to-day

• Competitive Review:
  • Perform market analysis and research on competitors
• Social Media Management & Content Creation:
  • Support Marketing Team in identifying social media trends, content planning, content creation (copywriting in English & BM copy), and reporting.
  • Develop video content and become talented in videos that are tailored to our target audience and are based on the current social media trends in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Community Management - Monitor and manage CARSOME Academy's social media platforms (reply DMs)
• Others
  • Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist the marketing team in other ad-hoc tasks when required
  • Assist the marketing team in coordinating all promotional activities, distribution of marketing materials
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist the marketing team in creative tasks

Training & development

The Carsome Academy, established by Carsome Group in Malaysia, offers a comprehensive training and development program for interns. Here are the key details:

• Curriculum: The program combines theoretical and practical learning. Interns attend three months of theoretical lessons at Carsome Academy, followed by nine months of hands-on training at a Carsome Inspection Centre.
• Certification: Upon successful completion, interns graduate with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 qualifications, which are recognized by the Malaysian government and technical industries.
• Job Placement: Carsome Academy not only equips interns with skills but also guarantees job placement within Carsome upon graduation
