Your role
In this role, you'll do the tasks below:
- Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Administrative works include PO issuance, invoices, accounts receivable, and others.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Support ad-hoc project requests where necessary
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about finance operations and business operations.
About you
To apply for this role you need to meet the requirements below:
- Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance or anything equivalent
- Internship period 6 months+ preferred
- Requires knowledge of basic financial terms, concepts, and accounting principles
- Aptitude for math, proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
