Job Description
Key Responsibility is to manage a given segment based accounts, acquire and grow new business opportunities to achieve sales revenue and target for the division. Act as a liaison between customers and cross functional internal team to deliver customer business requirement.
Responsibilities
- Execute to achieve and develop new business and revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channel quarterly.
- Produce and collate Sales Plan Reports on existing and new customers monthly for management review.
- Prepare and submit proposal and sales quotation on a timely basis to ensure sales is closed successfully.
- Provide and follow up Feedback on Network Quality and Customer Issues to the relevant business stakeholders to improve the customer experience.
- Liaise with relevant department on collection effort of affected account to improve collection activity.
- End to end account management activity from business acquisition to deliverables of the end result for the customer.
- Gather Business requirements from the customer and provide the feedback to Business Solutions team to come up with a proposal on a complete solutions proposition.
Requirements
- Degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant industry qualification.
- Fresh graduate to maximum 5 years Sales Experience.
- Good Understanding of the Business Segment (Industry Vertical)
- Good command of English
- Good Presentation Skills
- Good in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Power Point and Excel
- Good Account/ Journey Planning
- Good Account Prospecting
