Job Purpose

  • Processing day to day back-office function for Securities Services.
  • To perform duties as instructed by the management in accordance with the relevant instructions, standards and procedures set as per the service standard.
  • To support all related enhancement and development in order to fulfil the business requirements, and more importantly to meet the needs of the clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to undertake any processing under the purview of Securities Services
  • Assist in client’s queries in relation to the business.
  • Ensure due care and diligence is executed on day to day operational matters and within the agreed Service Level Agreement and SOP. 
  • Acquiring relevant knowledge and training.
  • Provide support to Head of Department, Unit Head, Managers and subordinates.
  • Conforming and adhering to risk profile, by following the Policies and Procedures, SOP and immediate escalate in the event of a potential failure or breach.
  • Maintains good relationships with clients, beneficiaries, co-trustees, internal and external parties.
  • Ensure proper and complete filing for both department files and unit folders.
  • Participate in the ad-hoc assignments, projects and testing, whenever required.

Qualifications 

  • Recognised commerce/business tertiary qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance
