Processing day to day back-office function for Securities Services.
To perform duties as instructed by the management in accordance with the relevant instructions, standards and procedures set as per the service standard.
To support all related enhancement and development in order to fulfil the business requirements, and more importantly to meet the needs of the clients.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible to undertake any processing under the purview of Securities Services
Assist in client’s queries in relation to the business.
Ensure due care and diligence is executed on day to day operational matters and within the agreed Service Level Agreement and SOP.
Acquiring relevant knowledge and training.
Provide support to Head of Department, Unit Head, Managers and subordinates.
Conforming and adhering to risk profile, by following the Policies and Procedures, SOP and immediate escalate in the event of a potential failure or breach.
Maintains good relationships with clients, beneficiaries, co-trustees, internal and external parties.
Ensure proper and complete filing for both department files and unit folders.
Participate in the ad-hoc assignments, projects and testing, whenever required.
