- Assist in the creation and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products.
- Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
- Document and track software defects, including detailed steps to reproduce and potential impact on end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to communicate issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with software testing concepts and methodologies is a plus.
