Role Summary
Enrolling into Graduate Program with Training provided for 6months. Responsible for architecting, quoting, and selling Dell Server, Extended Technology (ET) and Networking solutions in the assigned segment. Identify and qualify opportunities for the entire data centre portfolio. Builds and maintains internal and external customer relationships through thought-leadership, recommendations, and guidance. Ensures there is always a prompt, accurate response to customer/virtual team needs via email, phone, and/or social media for all datacenter solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies & qualifies Compute, Extended Technology, and Networking opportunities by understanding customer datacenter goals, business drivers, technical requirements, competition, decision-making process and funding
- Consults with customers on product specifications and finalizes bill of materials to sell complex Compute, EI, and Networking products and solutions
- Discusses technical users'/buyers' key business outcomes and applies Dell Technologies portfolio using a high degree of technical competency
- Drives Demand Generation for new account development, planning, and/or expanding existing accounts (RAD & AMO) • Owns the DCC Velocity business sales motion including but not limited to architecting, quoting, customer consultation and closing of these opportunities
- Leverages cross-functional business unit and business partner resources to achieve results and meet customer requirements
- Grows relationships with key channel partners and solution partners to grow customer buyer base and industry share
- Initiates appropriate engagement to validate customer sizing and requirements to enable closure of the sale
Requirement
- Fresh Graduates with strong passion in Sales
- Bachelor in IT, Network
- Server/Storage/Networking knowledge or experience will be added advantage
