Your role

As a Product Offer Management Intern, you will deploy and manage product data for the initial release of the products and any engineering changes that follow, working directly with diverse functions to guide in the definition, design, building, and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

You will:

  • Validates, processes and verifies Product Data supporting the Global Offer. Ensures data integrity does not fall below established departmental expectations across all global online and offline sales motions and engines.
  • Establishes and maintains Global Offer governance and cadence of customer offer types globally across company sales catalogs in conjunction with organizations such as sales, demand/supply, finance, IT, marketing, engineering and our outsourcing partners.
  • • Methodically directs Global Offer change control activities by researching, analyzing and validating Global Offer in accordance with configuration management guidelines, specifications, documentation and alerts.
  • Identify and implement Global Offers with a long-term view of operational efficiencies and process improvements in support of revenue targets.
  • Prioritizes and routes Global Offers for new product launches and sustaining data change requests through the product life cycle, ensuring all relevant and appropriate approvals are in place. Minimizes the amounts of change requests associated to the Global Offer in Work in Process (WIP) by improving status and follow-up techniques with customers.

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT or any related background
  • internship Feb/Mar 2024 onward (4-6 months)
  • Good communication in English. Speaking in mandarin will be added advantage,
  • good problem-solving skills, analytical skills, willing to learn & hardworking
  • Have basic knowledge of technical/programming tools (SQL, C++)
