Your role

The segment Field Marketing Manager (FMM) is the BU’s core marketing connection point to the Sales Force. They are the front line to plan and deliver local segment-based sales enablement activities. Utilize marketing analytics from CoC to guide their work including but not limited to sales pipeline, customer insights, financial attainment, sales play effectiveness, and sales training effectiveness are all elements that help FMMs determine what actions are needed. FMMs use their marketing expertise to guide content related to the sales force including training, sales tools, sales guides, and customer-facing material.

Field marketing is the expert of customer solutions supporting their strategy and resolving pain points for the segment responsible. FMMsare generalists across CS products working together with larger CS resources for specific product expertise. FMMs do not develop independent plans. FMMs gear their sales enablement work to drive growth based on country cycle strategists and CoC’s plan. FMMs rely on the CoC to provide deeper product-level marketing insights as consumers of analytics to guide their programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales enablement programs and plans supporting segment sales performance through segment expertise and insights
  • Improve sales pipeline conversion rates and sales team members needing to improve their close rate w/ sales enablement activities
  • Directly support BU sales events and sales customer engagements
  • Connect sales insights to CoC, cycle strategists, and F&P marketing
  • Communicate transition needs to sales leadership & teams as trusted advisors influencing priorities
  • Partner across functions to guide development and deliver great sales enablement programs including GBO, L&D, PG, CoC, and F&P Marketing

About you

  • Undergraduate or Master's student in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates who graduate in 2022 or 2023, and are able to join by Feb/Mar 2023
  • Having prior good knowledge and understanding of the business model and handled business process flow
  • Good problem-solving capabilities, analytical thinking, and aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with cross-functional team members to drive progress and result
  • Driven, creative and good teamwork
