Your role

As an Analyst Merchandising, you will be responsible for:

• Applies a thoughtful combination of marketing levers (price, positioning, and promotion) to drive, sell in and ensure sell-through, enabling smooth inventory transitions and migrating excess supply.
• Uses customer & market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage/segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform assortment decisions and enhancements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop, plan, and implement new business development initiatives.
• Works closely with marketing to launch products and ensure their adoption.
• Coordinates with the product team to manage technology transitions by platform and/or product line.

About you

Here’s what Dell's are looking for in this role:

• Fresh graduates from Business, Marketing, or any related background, able to join by Feb/Mar 2024
• Ability to learn the retail industry and product lines
• Good attention to detail and analytic ability
• Outstanding communication skills (English) and the ability to maximize relationships, positively influencing all colleagues and partners
• Being well-versed in analytical tools (Power BI, Excel) will be an added advantage
