Global Client Peripheral Parts & Upgrades (P&U) Operations Analyst will coordinate end-to-end processes related to Parts and Upgrades operations. You will assist the Dell Client Peripheral Product Managers (PM) and SnP GoPo (Global Offer and Product Operations) teams to launch and maintain Dell Parts and its SKUs across all regions in the online and offline segments. Activities include SKU mapping and un-mapping from parts selectors, Model Launch, Model and SKU gaps fill exercise, third-party SKU mapping, and SKU and compatibility audits on online and offline.
You will coordinate special projects and workload among the P&U Ops team if required and work with IT on issue fixing. You are also expected to actively identify new opportunities to optimize existing processes, improve customer experience during the purchase path, and drive new business initiatives. You will be also a point of contact for all stakeholders supporting Client Peripheral P&U Operations globally.
