Your role

What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.

You will:
Be a technical advisor to the sales team and work cooperatively to help them fulfill and exceed their goals
Recommend business solutions, products, and services based on the client’s need
Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions
Assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team
Establish relationships with customers and eventually manage your accounts.

Compensation & benefits

About you

Essential Requirements

• Fresh Graduate or working no longer tha1-year of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Result-orientated and independent when completing business objectives
• Able to effectively work with all levels of the organization and demonstrate a positive team attitude
• Eagerness to learn and become a specialist in a defined area of the Dell Technologies portfolio
• Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize
• Able to join us by Feb/March 2023

Desirable Requirements

• Pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in any related field, IT knowledge/background will be preferable
• Interested and strong passion for IT sales.
