Your role

As an Intern Undergraduate, you will focus on the creation and governance of custom support, deployment, and consulting services offers (Statements of Work). You will work within the DT Services Organization.

You will:

  • Plan and manage the team engagements such as Leadership Planning Sessions, Virtual Team Building, Regional Townhall logistics, Staff Meetings, etc.
  • Collaborate with Operations Lead on activities/projects to drive continuous improvement to the solution process.
  • Run the program, under guidance, to perform Quality Assurance on Solutioning artifacts and support the provision of recommendations and call-to-actions
  • Track and analyze Business Intelligence Reporting to drive actionable insights.
  • To work with DELL Global Solutioning regional teams as per the leader’s guidance for follow-up and actions on assigned tasks.
